Say It Like You Mean It
Free Online Workshop · Apr 29–30 · 10 AM PT

Your words aren't small things. They're how transformation happens.

If you've been feeling stuck, it's not because you're missing something. It's because you've been discounting how powerful your words actually are — softening your "no" into "maybe," praying quietly when you were called to declare, holding back in the meetings and moments that were meant to move things forward.

You already carry authority.
Your words already have power.

Transformation doesn't come from trying harder. It comes from partnering with God through decrees, declarations, and the anointing you already walk in. This is where boldness is built, authority is stepped into, and alignment is lived.

It's time to say it like you mean it.

Join me for Say It Like You Mean It — two days to move from holding back to stepping up, from whisper to declaration, from shrinking to actually showing up the way you were created to.

Pastor Bourne Burns
About me

Hi, I'm Bourne Burns.

I'm the co-pastor of Beach Chapel in Encinitas, where I lead alongside my husband, Micah. A mother of three daughters, I understand the importance of nurturing family, faith, and call.

For over 25 years, I've been helping people — and especially women — step into who they really are: walking in confidence, clarity, and authority in their everyday lives.

I'm relentless about helping women break out of passivity, stop second-guessing themselves, and start showing up with boldness and purpose.

My heart is to help you:

  • Communicate clearly — at home, at work, wherever you're called
  • Build real confidence that doesn't shrink under pressure
  • Take decisive action in your life, your family, and your community

You were never meant to sit back, stay small, or hold it all in. You were made to live fully, speak clearly, and change things.

You were made for this.

Why attend live

Live is where the shift happens

Immediate shifts. You'll feel the difference as you engage, apply, and respond — in real time, in a safe space.
Real-time activation. You won't just hear it. You'll practice speaking up. That's where confidence is actually built.
Clarity you can't get from a replay. Live creates momentum that carries straight into the next conversation you have.
Can't make it live? Replay included for a week.

The schedule

Two days. Two shifts.

Day 1 · Apr 29

The power your words already have

  • Learn why your words carry more weight than you've been giving them — and what actually happens when you speak.
  • Uncover the agreements you've been making with fear, doubt, and lies that have kept you stuck and silent.
  • Start breaking those agreements — and rewriting the internal dialogue that's shrunk your voice.
Day 2 · Apr 30

Say It Like You Mean It

  • Learn how to partner with God through decrees and declarations that actually shift your life.
  • Step into boldness, clarity, and confidence in real conversations — at home, at work, when you're called to lead.
  • Walk away with declarations you'll speak from Monday forward.
Is this for you?

This is for the woman who's been quiet too long

The world needs her voice. Her family needs her leading. Her community is waiting. This is for her.

YesThis is for you if…

  • You're feeling stuck and sense your words should be moving something
  • You know you're called to more, but fear closes your mouth
  • You feel the stirring to speak, but doubt shows up first
  • Your family, your table, your community needs to hear from you
  • You've been over-serving in the background when you were made to lead
  • You've whispered when God gave you a voice to declare
  • You're ready to stop playing small and take your God-given space

Not yetThis isn't for you if…

  • You're comfortable staying silent and don't want that to change
  • You're not ready to be stretched or challenged
  • You'd rather wait on the sidelines than step into your calling
  • You want a quick fix without any heart work
  • You think your voice doesn't matter (spoiler: it does)

Stop discounting
how powerful your words are.

Your family needs to hear you. Your community is waiting. Your world is ready to be moved by what you'd declare. You don't need more time or preparation — you need to START.
